The people at Nickel are very knowledgeable in commercial and residential plumbing and heating. They have been very helpful to me even if they didn't make a sale. If I needed a part and they didn't have it they got it for me (and they usually had it) but always at a fair price. Good company to deal with.

I needed a quote to have some ancient cast iron pipe changed. The people I spoke to on the phone were pleasant. The owner, Gary Nickel, came by my place to have a look. He called when he said he would, came when he said he would, was nice to my jerk dog, and gave us an honest opinion that didn't make him any money. If we need work done in the future I will call Nickel Plumbing. Thank you Gary!

Had a furnace emergency on a Friday evening when the temps were dropping to -30C. After a frustrating response from the company where I originally purchased my Lennox furnace, I made a desperate call to Nickel Plumbing & Heating. Got an incredible response! Within half an hour, Jeff was at my residence to check out the problem, got it working until they could get a replacement part. Everyone kept me informed throughout the process regarding parts, etc., and the repair was completed by Steve in a brief service call Tuesday morning. Huge thanks to the team at Nickel - my new "go to" guys for plumbing & heating!
